Job Summary
Identify migration candidates and dependencies for Cloud Acceleration Services Business Enterprise Systems. Develop target architectures, recommend service and deployment models, and support cost-benefit analysis. Guide secure implementation in AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Cloud One, or other approved environments. Lead assessment of mission partner applications within Federal/DoD settings. Maintain Secret-level security clearance and US citizenship. Requires 12+ years enterprise IT experience with 7+ years in cloud architecture design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related discipline
- Twelve (12+) years enterprise IT experience
- seven (7+) years designing cloud architectures
- five (5+) years leading cloud assessments, application modernization, or migration efforts in Federal/DoD environments
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Cloud One/AWS GovCloud/Azure Government experience
- Security+ certification
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
