Design and evolve secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms on AWS and Azure Active Directory to accelerate drug discovery and development. Own the technical roadmap for cloud infrastructure, lead engineering of data archiving processes, and implement new platform capabilities with robust, high-quality deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US, Europe, and India to translate complex technical challenges into enterprise-grade solutions using Python, SQL, and microservices architectures. Required Qualifications
- degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of hands-on experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native systems using AWS services at enterprise scale
- deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and relational databases
- experience in object-oriented languages such as Scala, Java, or C#
- strong expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, serverless design patterns, and CI/CD pipeline development
- experience with Azure Active Directory
- fluency in English
- experience working effectively across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS Fargate)
- infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK)
- data platforms such as Snowflake
