Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions using microservices architecture and containerized services. Solve complex technical challenges focusing on reliability and performance while leading architecture and design reviews. Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to deliver secure, resilient enterprise software capabilities. Collaborate with customers and cross-agency teams to shape project scope, schedules, and technical approaches. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, and five years of software development experience. Peraton supports mission operations across land, sea, space, air, and cyberspace domains.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software development/engineering, including: Requirements analysis, Software development, Installation and integration, Evaluation, Enhancement, Maintenance, Testing, Problem diagnosis and resolution
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field plus five (5) years of experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (Security+ or higher)
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Elastic Certified Engineer
Desired Qualifications
- Pig scripting
- UI development background with a focus in AngularJS
