Job Summary
Senior Cloud Engineer to join Caylent's MSP team, delivering AWS cloud solutions across a diverse client base. Responsibilities include hands-on development of cloud work, evaluating libraries and tools, building scalable cloud architectures with AWS services, observability and monitoring using AWS native tools and partner solutions, participating in cross-functional delivery efforts, coaching teammates, and engaging with clients and vendors. Occasional travel may be required; role is fully remote with no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of IT experience; or 4 years of IT experience
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services
- 1+ year code-defined infrastructure experience
- 1+ Continuous Integration and Deliver (CI/CD) experience
- 3+ years of programming experience (Python, Node.js, Typescript, GoLang, Java, C, or equivalent)
- Experience with Agile Project Management or similar methodologies
