Job Summary
Cloud SCA-R, Mid responsible for performing cybersecurity assessments and validations of Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs) in support of the DoD Provisional Authorization process. Develop and deliver complete Cloud Security Assessment Packages (SARs, POA&Ms, Deviation Requests), review CSP documentation (SSP, RAR, SAP, SAR), assess control implementations in eMASS, and provide authorization recommendations. Requires on-site full-time work at Fort Meade, MD, with DoD RMF/DoDI 8510.01 knowledge, experience with RMF-based security controls for Azure/AWS, and strong technical writing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Five (5) years of overall experience in cybersecurity or network security position
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification
- Working knowledge of DoD RMF and DoDI 8510.01
- Familiarity with DoD SRG and cloud security policies
- Familiarity with security controls for Azure, AWS, cloud platforms
- Experience conducting security assessments and developing security documentation (SSP, SAR, POA&M, SAP)
- Proficiency with eMASS or equivalent GRC tools
- Ability to interpret DoD 800-53 controls in cloud environments
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
- On-site work requirement at Ft. Meade, MD
- Projected salary of $100,000+ annually
