Cloud R Analyst

Cloud Reliability Analyst at Epicor – responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving customer-reported technical issues within SLAs, communicating updates to customers, implementing solutions with standard operating procedures, testing fixes, creating technical documentation, coordinating with customers and internal teams, providing end-user guidance, and supporting a range of managed cloud services including hosting, backups, and disaster recovery. Requires strong IT infrastructure and cloud technologies experience (Azure, AWS, GCP), Windows Server/Active Directory familiarity, SQL Server concepts, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), containerization (Kubernetes), automation (PowerShell), and excellent English communication; proactive, analytical, and customer-service focused with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
