Cloud Program Manager

Cloud Program Manager leading a federal cloud modernization initiative for the HHS OIG in a multi-cloud hybrid environment. Responsible for end-to-end task order execution, contractor/subcontractor coordination, and primary government stakeholder communications. Develop, implement, and update Task Order Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, and transition strategies; coordinate governance, risk management, and reporting; facilitate regular status meetings and deliverables reviews; ensure compliance with security, privacy, and training requirements for all team members. Requires 15+ years of IT experience, PMP or PgMP certification, ITIL, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher; hybrid in-office presence 3x/week in Northern Virginia or Maryland with up to 20% government-site work. Desired experience with HHS or similar federal agencies and Agile DevSecOps. Salary range $161,500-$218,500; location-based, hybrid work arrangement.
