Job Summary
Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale our cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, enabling a hybrid/BYOC delivery model. Architect for compliance with certifications such as FedRAMP, SOC2, or ISO27001; design secure cloud networking and complex, customer-managed environments including BYOC and air-gapped deployments. Drive FinOps, reliability through SLAs/SLOs, and blameless post-mortems. Partner with Security to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and Terraform modules, and manage multi-tenant SaaS deployments. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform/OpenTofu, IAM/SSO/SAML/OIDC/SCIM, OpenTelemetry, and modern observability stacks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE as a high-impact Individual Contributor
- Expert-level AWS experience; familiarity with GCP/Azure a plus
- Strong experience with cloud networking (VPCs, Transit Gateways, peering, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with certifications such as FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO27001; IAM, encryption, monitoring
- Experience with Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), on-premise, air-gapped environments
- IaC experience with Terraform or OpenTofu
- Experience building automated delivery pipelines for multi-tenant SaaS
- IAM integration with SSO/SAML/OIDC/SCIM
- Kubernetes/EKS; Helm; RBAC; multi-tenant clusters
- OpenTelemetry observability; designing SLOs/SLIs and alerting
- Security integration into CI/CD pipelines and platform defaults
- Ability to design scalable, secure cloud architectures across AWS, GCP, Azure
- Ability to optimize cloud spend (FinOps)
- Experience with GovCloud or highly restricted environments
