Cloud Operations Manager (Azure)

Job Summary
Lead and develop a cloud operations team responsible for the operations, stability, and continuous development of cloud platforms across client solutions and internal services. Drive standardization, automation, governance, security models, and scalability in collaboration with development, operations, and security teams. Own architecture decisions and contribute to hands-on implementation at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and development, guided by DevOps and IaC principles. The role emphasizes leadership, technical oversight, mentoring of colleagues, and shaping the future of cloud platforms in a complex enterprise setting.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive operational experience with Microsoft Azure in complex enterprise environments
- Proven responsibility for platform operations, including monitoring, automation, and platform scaling
- Security-focused mindset with experience from regulated environments, including Zero Trust principles and private network design
- Strong understanding of architecture, platform design, and modern cloud principles
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices
- Ability to mentor and develop others over the long term
