Job Summary
Monitor the health and performance of the Laserfiche Cloud service, restarting services, increasing capacity, and adjusting priorities to correct problems. Investigate security events and unusual behavior while assisting developers and support staff with troubleshooting. Create monitoring dashboards and install OS and third-party software patches, alongside other systems administration tasks like extending disks. Respond to incidents and support issues to achieve timely resolution, then participate in post-incident analysis to prevent reoccurrence. Work within the 24/7 Cloud Operations team to ensure system availability, scalability, reliability, and security on AWS infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
- Minimum 4 years of operations experience
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other public cloud computing systems
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration
- Basic knowledge of computer networking
- Scripting ability in PowerShell and Bash
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS is preferred
