Job Summary
Provide 24x7 L2 support for Azure infrastructure and applications, monitoring and troubleshooting resources, alerts, performance, and connectivity issues. Administer AKS/Kubernetes environments, Terraform deployments, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, while managing Azure Networking, API Management, Key Vault, Front Door, Application Gateway, SQL/PostgreSQL, Log Analytics, and Event Grid. Handle incidents, service requests, changes, RCA, and escalations per SLA/ITIL processes using PowerShell or Bash for automation. Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational documentation. This role supports Incedo's global teams in delivering end-to-end digital transformation across telecom, banking, and healthcare industries.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Computer science background
Desired Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in a 24x7 NOC/production support environment
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to independently handle L2 incidents and coordinate with L3 teams
- Computer science background is preferred
