Job Summary
Manage individual installations of the Orion cloud-native SaaS platform for computer-aided drug design and assist internal developers with AWS issues. Handle service desk requests by triaging, resolving, or escalating issues within established service levels while participating in a rotating on-call schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 companies leveraging Orion for scientific needs to create an outstanding support experience. Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, frontend, and scientific support teams to ensure robust platform performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Proactive, go-getter mentality and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capacity
- Customer service skills
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash)
- Experience with Linux system administration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with CI/CD frameworks
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python)
