Job Summary
Manage individual installations of the Orion cloud-native SaaS platform and assist internal developers with AWS issues. Handle service desk requests by triaging, resolving, or escalating issues while serving as the primary point of contact within established service levels. Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, frontend, and scientific support teams to create an outstanding support experience for Fortune 500 companies leveraging Orion for scientific needs. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Requires 1+ year of relevant experience, Bash scripting, and Linux system administration.

- Customer service skills
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash)
- Experience with Linux system administration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
