Cloud Networking Engineer

Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls and tracking all correspondence using the company's PSA tools. Respond to tickets logged within a timely manner to meet defined SLA targets while acting as an escalation point for client issues. Proactively monitor and report on network and system outages, identifying fault reporting trends and escalating to the Support Team Lead or Senior Support for resolution recommendations. Prioritize and manage open and pending tickets effectively, establish relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors, and provide emergency cut-over support outside of business hours. Requires a valid driver's license and own transportation.
