Job Summary
Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA responsible for second-line incident and service request handling, proactive monitoring, issue analysis, and rapid resolution to meet SLAs. Role includes monitoring work queues, updating tickets, leading client escalations for operational issues, contributing to change management and maintenance planning, and producing trend analyses to identify automation opportunities. Requires experience in Windows Server, Linux Server, virtualization, server hardware and storage administration, familiarity with ServiceNow, and ability to communicate across cultures. Strong planning, adaptability to changing circumstances, and willingness to work longer hours when necessary. Bachelor’s degree in IT/computing or equivalent work experience is required.
