Job Summary
Lead the migration of on-premise mainframe environments to AWS-based open environments for a major client, managing project plans and execution across infrastructure and middleware domains. Execute post-migration operational designs and IT/ST/UAT testing plans, while proposing migration strategies that balance cost, technology, and operations. Facilitate customer negotiations, author documentation, and manage handovers to operational teams, coordinating with partner and offshore teams to drive project progress and resolve challenges. Requires 7+ years as a Project Manager or 5+ as a Project Lead with mainframe (z/OS or VOS3) to open system migration experience. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits. Required Qualifications

- 大規模システム移行プロジェクトにおける運用設計リード経験
- オペレーション自動化ツールの導入・運用経験
- IBM z/OSまたは日立VOS3の運用経験
- AWSクラウド環境での運用設計経験(5年以上)
- 文字コード変換や帳票関連の移行対応経験
- 海外チームとの協業経験
- AWS、CI/CD、IaC、ミドルウェア(Openframe7)、データベース(Tibero/Oracle)の技術知識
