Job Summary
Lead network operations for enterprise clients, managing a team of 10+ staff to ensure stable infrastructure delivery. Drive standardization and automation of operational processes, while establishing and managing SLAs to continuously improve service quality. Escalate and resolve complex incidents, providing strategic advice on new build projects and defining improvement roadmaps. Coordinate with domestic and offshore vendors to align global operations and optimize costs. This role requires 5+ years of network operations experience and 1+ years leading a team. Required Qualifications
- Network operations experience of 5+ years
- Experience leading operations teams for 1+ years
- Experience with ITIL-based operations process design and improvement
- Knowledge of security device operations
- Customer correspondence and operations reporting experience
- English document reading comprehension
- Basic communication ability in English emails
