Job Summary
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of hybrid IT infrastructure, cloud and on-premise systems; lead a Data Center Operations Team; ensure performance, security, and scalability; manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships; develop contingency plans and risk management processes to ensure business continuity; ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, and other applicable regulations; coach/mentor others and promote Columbia Bank culture; travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of infrastructure operations experience including supervisory/management
- experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- creative and change-oriented continuous improvement process skills
- strong written, oral, communication and facilitation skills
- self-starter who is assertive and energetic
- experience in project management
- experience in vendor management and negotiations
- travel requirements occasional
