Job Summary
Conduct third-line cloud infrastructure support and deployment for multiple programmes on AWS and Azure platforms. Manage complex incidents across Windows Server environments, infrastructure-as-code tools, and containerisation technologies while collaborating on project work. Contribute to technical documentation and adhere to ITIL change control frameworks. Work within an on-call rotation to support customer SLAs, maintaining high organisational ability to multitask across diverse configurations.

- Managed services background
- Experience in cloud hosted and privately hosted environments
- Self-motivation
- Multitasking ability
- Comfortable speaking to customers
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- High level of organisational ability
- Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server Environments including OS build, AD, DNS, DHCP and GP from design to implementation and support
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices, including Terraform and CloudFormation, source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automation and scripting (PowerShell/Bash), configuration management, cloud identity and access management, monitoring and observability, and containerisation technologies including Kubernetes and cloud-managed Kubernetes services
- Good general knowledge of Networking Technology including load balancing and firewalls
- Good general knowledge of SAN Storage Technologies
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
- Experience of producing and updating technical documentation to a high standard
- Experience working within ITIL framework particularly around change control
- On-call facility availability
- Rotation involvement

- Flexibility to travel to team locations or customer sites from time to time
