Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary
Administer, monitor, and support the organization's Azure Cloud Computing platform, Windows Server environment, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Implement network security services like Azure Firewall, configure endpoint compliance via Intune, and manage user identities through Entra ID while responding to security alerts. Automate infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell and Terraform, participate in disaster recovery testing, and lead cross-functional technology projects. Monitor services with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, maintain technical documentation, and perform off-hours support via on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology roles
- Minimum of 3 years' experience administering M365 environments with an emphasis on Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting the Azure Cloud Computing platform
- Advanced knowledge of security and network protocols
- Experience implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Strong experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell
- Experience leading cross-functional technology projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Terraform experience
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700), Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), or Cisco CCNA
