Job Summary
Build and maintain on-prem K8S and AWS cloud infrastructure clusters while designing and implementing CI/CD processes. Manage complex multi-cloud deployments using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible to create resilient automation workflows. Implement IAM policies for fine-grained access controls and ensure security compliance across environments using vulnerability scanning tools. Operate Kubernetes clusters, handle RKE2 provisioning, and execute etcd disaster recovery plans integrated with AWS event-driven workflows. This role requires a Top Secret Security Clearance and 5+ years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with full scope polygraph or full scope eligible
- Experience with software development lifecycle and use of associated tools
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with the CI/CD pipeline
- Deep knowledge of RHEL and DNS
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Apache Storm/Rancher/Nexus
- Experience with distributed software version control systems and continuous integration, such as Git, Gitlab CI, and Jenkins
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Rancher k8s, Keycloak, Nifi, Gitlab, Traefik, MetalLB, Nexus
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch/Redis/MongoDB
- Development experience with Python and Angular development
- Experience with Data science and/or machine learning
