Job Summary
Define and drive software architecture for cloud-native and full-stack solutions, designing scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations while supporting modern frontend applications. Make architectural decisions that balance business needs, performance, security, maintainability, and cost, and guide development teams through technical leadership and mentoring. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions, and contribute to engineering excellence via architecture frameworks, CI/CD, and automation. Evaluate emerging technologies to improve products and ways of working across industrial technology, IoT, and digital product development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with at least one backend language such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries such as React
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs
- Experience working with microservice architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerisation technologies such as Docker
- Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Node.js, TypeScript, Django, or similar full-stack technologies
- Architecture modelling frameworks such as UML or ArchiMate
- Domain-driven design and event-driven architectures
- Infrastructure as Code, including CloudFormation or similar tools
- Security patterns such as mTLS and OAuth
- IoT or industrial digitalisation projects
- AI-assisted development tools and agentic AI concepts
