Job Summary
Lead the engineering approach for complex features by defining technology tool stacks, enabling CI/CD capabilities, and ensuring design consistency across hybrid-cloud environments. Translate hybrid-cloud requirements into strategic roadmaps for AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes while prioritizing dependencies for TFE, APEX, and service mesh. Drive end-to-end delivery of automation and infrastructure-as-code patterns, embedding security, reliability, and compliance into platform identity and access strategies. Conduct research on emerging toolsets, guide teams on high code performance best practices, and leverage AI to reduce operational toil. Manage stakeholders to establish solution needs, convert architecture requirements into consumable themes, and advocate for modern Agile delivery practices. 1st shift in Jersey City, NJ. Annual salary range $122,000 - $200,000. Requires 10+ years in solution strategy and cloud architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in solution strategy, cloud architecture, platform product management, infrastructure modernization or enterprise technology leadership
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, workload identity, zero trust, IAM integration, policy deployment, logging/tracing, compliance automation and secure credential flows
- Experience with Terraform Enterprise, CI/CD, Kubernetes platforms, service mesh, image factory concepts, cloud onboarding, FinOps, monitoring and quality engineering
- Deep infrastructure and networking experience
- Experience with control planes and distributed systems
- Experience with state-machine workflow orchestration
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills

- Experience with VM and container image lifecycle platforms
- CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code experience
- Event-driven architecture experience
