Job Summary
Develop scalable and replicable Workplace Solutions by actively advancing Microsoft 365 concepts and implementing technical architectures that align with customer business processes. Execute transitions and single projects independently from planning through Go-Live, consulting clients on Microsoft 365 technologies before, during, and after implementation. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Managed Services, and Solution Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery. Create standardized analysis and implementation concepts for internal reuse, while maintaining comprehensive documentation for both clients and internal knowledge bases. Leverage deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services and on-premise infrastructures to drive hybrid scenarios and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene FISI-Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
- mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld
- bereits mehrere Microsoft-365-Transitionsprojekte nicht nur begleitet, sondern auch technisch umgesetzt
- in der Lage, Cloud-Architekturen zu entwerfen und diese praktisch umzusetzen
- On-Premise-Infrastrukturen (AD, Exchange, Fileserver etc.) sind dir bestens vertraut, und du verstehst Hybrid-Szenarien
- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Security & Compliance) beherrschst du in der Tiefe
- On-Premise-Infrastrukturen (AD, Exchange, Storage, Hyper-V/VMware, Netzwerk) sind dir aus der Praxis vertraut
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. MS-102, MD-102, SC-200 oder vergleichbar) sind von Vorteil, oder du bist bereit, sie zu erwerben
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, packst an und bist kommunikativ und zuverlässig
- Kundenorientierung und Eigeninitiative gehören bei dir zum Alltag – du siehst Arbeit nicht nur als Job
- Du hast Freude daran, Lösungen mitzuentwickeln, Best Practices zu etablieren und diese in Projekten zu replizieren
