Job Summary
Communicate with customers during incidents by identifying impacts, providing timely updates via status pages, and leading Root Cause Analysis documentation. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment workflows while integrating security scans and code quality checks. Provision and manage cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Bicep, optimizing containerized environments using Kubernetes. Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify reliability risks and ensure business continuity. Participate in on-call rotations, support production readiness reviews, and automate repetitive tasks through scripting. Optimize cloud costs through rightsizing and usage analysis while contributing to process improvements and audits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes
- Fluently speaking and writing in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
