Job Summary
Own the hyperscale cloud backend by executing hands-on change implementations, conducting deep problem investigations, and applying proactive fixes to prevent task repetition. Jump straight from insights to action by working directly at the console to engage with the hardware and technology powering the platform. Automate workflows using modern frameworks to replace manual work and join project rollouts to launch new cloud features. Thrive in a high-trust team that shares openly to solve big problems together. This role requires a minimum of two years of IT experience securing Linux OS with a focus on modern cloud technologies, solid knowledge of software-defined networks and infrastructure automation, and fluency in English. You will work within the European Union to meet data security and privacy requirements, with remote work available only within Hungary.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training.
- Min 2 years of professional experience in IT and securing Linux OS with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
- Solid knowledge of software defined networks, routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Anti-DDoS, WAF and physical networks.
- Reliable knowledge in infrastructure automation.
- Experience in Linux and network related services and IT-Security.
- High level of customer focus.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- Ability to assess technical solutions and come up with creative approaches.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.

Desired Qualifications
- OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus.
