Job Summary
Design and execute engineering support for native Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services to ensure maximum stability and performance. Manage, document, and report technical evidence within client institutional tools while collaborating actively in Agile (Scrum) and DevOps frameworks for clean deployments. Provide proactive attention to requirements and incidents within assigned service windows and on-call rotations. Lead cloud solutions independently and manage critical incidents with agility, working in synergy with development teams to orchestrate services. This role supports large-scale software projects for international clients in a fully remote setting with optional travel to Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications
- Bachillerato universitario completo en Ciencias de la Computación (título certificado)
- Experiencia técnica sólida y demostrable trabajando con tecnologías y servicios de nube Oracle (OCI)
- Certificación de Scrum vigente y verificable en línea
- Certificación de DevOps vigente y verificable en línea
- 100% remota (con disponibilidad de viajar o movilizarte a Costa Rica si el proyecto lo requiere)
