Job Summary
Design and implement cloud migration plans for complex IT infrastructure, transitioning on-premise systems to hybrid or multi-cloud environments using AWS and Microsoft Azure. Establish governance policies and guidelines while managing cloud operations, security, and cost optimization across hundreds of systems. Lead architecture discussions for new development projects, conduct vendor reviews, and execute rehosting or rebuild strategies leveraging PaaS and serverless technologies. Collaborate with customers to define requirements and support service planning, ensuring alignment with global best practices and automation frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- オンプレミス、クラウド問わず、以下の要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、運用経験
- クラウド技術基盤全体のアーキテクチャを設計、構築ができる知識、及び経験
- クラウドネイティブなソリューション検討と実装
- 機能要件のみならず、非機能要件(可用性、性能、セキュリティ、コスト等)を考慮した技術評価・選択した経験
- OS skills( Windows server, Linux)
- 問題解決能力(例：技術的課題についてロジカルに考えるスキル)
- コミュニケーション能力(例：相手との協調性だけでなく、最後までやり通す責任感や自らタスクを拾って調整していく主体性)
- 情報の整理力(例：お客様先で情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーションスキル、プロジェクト推進スキル)
- 英語で書かれた技術的ドキュメント読解能力は必要
- 現状は英語能力が高くなくても、英語に対する抵抗がなく、理解、会話しようと前向きに努力する姿勢があること
Desired Qualifications
- AWS、Azureのクラウドベンダーの認定資格の保有
- ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクル(SDLC)やアジャイルに関する知識・経験
- 何等かのプログラミング経験(Java、C#、Python、SQL、Shell等)
