Job Summary
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, and storage. Configure and maintain Elastic stack components for log management and monitoring, while integrating Grafana with various data sources. Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code templates for efficient provisioning, and integrate cloud services with existing on-premises systems. Troubleshoot and optimize performance for Elastic stack and MongoDB, implementing robust security measures to protect resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation, documenting procedures and best practices. Requires 3+ years of cloud operations experience and proficiency in Linux, networking, and Kafka solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Cloud operations
- 5+ years of total IT work experience
- Systematic approach to operations and maintenance
- Proficiency in Linux systems and networking
- Practical expertise in managing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Solid understanding of cloud frameworks and services
- Proficiency in implementing and configuring cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, and storage
- Experience with the design and operation of Kafka solutions in either Kafka variant (Confluent, Kafka, RedHat AMQ Stream, Amazon MKS)
- Familiarity with automation scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis
- Experience in configuring and managing Grafana
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies
