Job Summary
Cloud Engineer opportunity to lead cloud-based architecture and migration efforts for the Army client, develop cloud-based solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid resources, evaluate cloud technologies, and guide a multifunctional team to ensure standards are met during cloud migration. Responsible for planning implementation, administering development environments, leveraging open-source standards and public repositories, and recommending tools and solutions based on current environments to improve client cloud capabilities and overall readiness. The role requires forming strategy with the Army client, supervising team execution, and ensuring alignment with DoD cloud practices and certifications. Includes leadership of teams across complex IT projects and collaboration with stakeholders to overcome their toughest cloud challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with program management
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
- DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
- PMI Certification such as PgMP or PMP
- ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification
