Job Summary
Design and maintain secure classified and unclassified cloud environments supporting R&D programs, testing activities, and system accreditation. Define requirements for cloud architectures, build Virtual Private Clouds for performer software management, and develop final system designs covering accreditation-ready formats and CONOPS documentation. Create classified cloud architectures for system testing, produce summary reports on lessons learned, and maintain technical documentation including monthly security summaries and cost reports. Prepare secure integration paths for imagery, audio, and vector sources while administering collaboration tools and managing user permissions. Work five days a week on-site in Bethesda, MD, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
- 5 days a week on client site in Bethesda, MD
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technical field
- CURRENT Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification)
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience in cloud engineering
- Experience constructing and administering unclassified and classified commercial cloud environments
- Experience defining cloud requirements
- Experience developing architecture diagrams to support an approved Authority to Develop (ATD) determination
- Experience rolling out, delivering, and setting up the underlying cloud environment
- Experience developing the final system design to support an approved Authority to Operate (ATO) determination
Desired Qualifications
- Masters' degree or PhD in degree in computer science or a related technical field
- FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team
- ONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
