Job Summary
Cloud Engineer responsible for building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS; design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client needs; assist onboarding of large and complex clients; support pre-sales activities with technical expertise; optimize performance and costs; document implementations and processes for internal and client use; maintain vendor relationships with Microsoft, Amazon, and others; requires a 4-year degree and 4+ years IT experience with Azure, AWS, M365, AD, and hybrid cloud; familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines; strong communication and collaboration skills; desirable certifications in cloud platforms; MSP/Managed Services experience and finance/investment industry exposure are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year college degree and 4 years IT industry experience with relevant technologies, or 8 years of overall IT experience with 2-4 years of relevant technology experience
- Proficiency with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong understanding of network and connectivity solutions, including VPNs and hybrid network configurations
- Proven ability to design, scope, and execute technical solutions tailored to client requirements
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for individual and team outcomes
- Active certifications in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable and will be discussed during the interview process
