Job Summary
Respond to Cloud inquiries and coordinate service request communications, ensuring timely updates and visibility of SLAs. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Cloud-related questions in collaboration with Cloud Operations. Improve the AI-driven knowledge base repository by updating content, enhancing search functionality, and ensuring compliance and security standards. Standardize Cloud engagement resources, processes, and user-facing tools, including creating manuals and training materials to promote adoption. Implement feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvements in communication and engagement tools. Maintain domain awareness of relevant technologies and participate in Cloud Hub initiatives to deliver content and support project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Cloud or IT service experience
- Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Solid understanding of related compliance/security standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with knowledge base management, documentation, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Organized, proactive, and flexible to support a global 24/7 environment
- Security clearance required for customer projects
- Access to sensitive (customer) data
