Job Summary
Director-level role leading a geographically distributed software engineering practice within PwC Acceleration Centers. Lead in shaping strategic direction to drive business growth and innovation, establish relationships with executive stakeholders, mentor future leaders, and ensure alignment of engineering practices with business objectives. Responsibilities include providing leadership and operational oversight for a large engineering team, driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and upholding high standards of quality and integrity across projects. Travel up to 20% and engagement across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services through the Software Engineering organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 19 years of experience in IT services
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Masters Degree preferred in Cloud space (AWS, Azure, GCP)
