Job Summary
Senior Cloud DevOps Infrastructure Engineer responsible for solving unusually complex problems with innovative DevOps solutions across the infrastructure landscape. Establishes technical direction for the full lifecycle of platforms and services, designs CI/CD pipelines, self-healing features, and disaster recovery plans, and leads audits and capacity planning. Collaborates with developers, Managed Services providers, and vendors to improve application velocity and reliability, while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Demonstrates deep Azure Public Cloud expertise and hands-on skills in automation (Python, Terraform), IaC, logging/monitoring (Grafana, Datadog), and CI/CD pipelines; experience with IDPs, source control (GitLab/Bitbucket/GitHub), and SLO/SLI/SLA design. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a proven track record leading geo-distributed teams and delivering scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience in information technology environment (networking, infrastructure)
- Certifications on Azure or equivalent working knowledge on Azure Cloud
- Exceptional customer and delivery focus; ability to transform customer needs into actionable requirements
- Strong ability to lead complex audit exercises; manage ITSM processes; lead Disaster Recovery design and execution plans
