Job Summary
Partner with AI development teams to identify, size, and design cloud resources for hosting solutions across AWS and Azure. Author Terraform modules to provision infrastructure as code and build GitHub Actions workflows to automate build, test, and deployment cycles. Manage software releases through isolated, testing, and production environments while writing Python and Bash scripts to automate operational tasks. Collaborate with security engineers to identify and resolve threats to deployed services, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of AI products. This hybrid role requires local presence in a US office with two days of remote work, and candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- AWS experience at enterprise scale — designing and operating cloud resources in a production environment
- Terraform and a strong grasp of infrastructure-as-code practices
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and communication between cloud-based services
- Experience with security management for deployed cloud services
- Understanding of disaster recovery processes for cloud-based services (backup, failover, and restoration)
- Demonstrated experience releasing software products through multiple SDLC environments (isolated, testing, and production)
- Travel to client site as needed

Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure alongside AWS
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g., coding assistants, agents) to automate engineering and operational processes
- Ability to read and reason about application architecture to advise development teams on hosting and deployment decisions
- Database experience across PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and NoSQL databases
