Cloud Data Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of TAL’s cloud data initiatives, including data platform uplift, pipeline modernisation, migration of heritage and legacy databases to cloud, and data product delivery, ensuring outcomes align with business priorities and strategic objectives. Establish and maintain delivery plans, RAID management, dependency tracking, governance forums and status reporting for cloud data programs and initiatives. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers and platform teams to align expectations and maintain shared accountability for delivery outcomes. Work with engineering, platform, cyber, risk and governance teams to embed controls, readiness activities and transition requirements into delivery plans. Identify and implement opportunities to improve cloud data delivery practices, ways of working, planning discipline and cross-team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, project delivery or related discipline
