Job Summary
Cloud Architect for T-Cloud Public with a focus on cloud and container technologies. Design and develop the platform of the T-Cloud Public, improve platform architecture with emphasis on IT security, automate using common automation frameworks, and serve as a trusted advisor on OpenStack-based public cloud tech. Hands-on work on a console to back architectural work, collaborative team environment, and strong customer orientation. Required skills include Linux, system tools and network services, Terraform and Kubernetes, Docker and containers, knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OTC, Azure), security and privacy, API and Ansible, OpenStack experience, and good English communication. The role operates within the European Union, with remote work possible in Slovakia (hybrid setup).
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training
- 2-3 years of professional IT experience with a focus on modern cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Linux, system tools and network related services
- Experience in infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of software-, cloud- and container-architectures
- Familiar with agile development processes
- Strong presentation skills
- English B2 level - Upper-Intermediate level
- OpenStack knowledge and programming experience in OpenSource projects (a plus)
