Job Summary
Cloud Architect (Consultant) Azure & M365 with German (m/f/d) design and implement technically innovative cloud architectures based on Microsoft Azure and M365; plan and migrate IT infrastructures and applications to Azure; execute migration projects; develop hybrid cloud solutions; advise on licensing options; act as an innovation driver by exploring new Microsoft features and services in Data & AI; participate in evaluating new Azure/M365 services in collaboration with strategy and portfolio teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma degree with relevant experience, 2+ years in Azure/M365 or hybrid cloud, 3+ years project experience in transformation scenarios, cloud consulting and DevOps experience, relevant certifications, German (B2) and English (advantage). Location is Košice, Slovakia with hybrid remote options within Slovakia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma degree with relevant professional experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 product portfolios or hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience with Windows, Office 365, Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Remote Desktop Services
- At least 3 years of project experience, particularly in transformation scenarios
- Knowledge of cloud, applications, infrastructures, architecture concepts, and technologies
- Experience in Cloud Consulting (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and DevOps
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate, Windows Virtual Desktop Specialty)
- Strong customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with independent value generation
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Systematic, structured working approach with flexibility and commitment
- Professional, trustworthy, and empathetic demeanor with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong cooperation, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities
- German language at least B2 level (German is a requirement)
- English language is an advantage (B2 level)
