Job Summary
Cloud Architect to lead cloud initiatives across Azure and GCP, overseeing design, implementation, monitoring, security and operational stability of cloud platforms, data ecosystems and AI-enabled solutions; collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, data and business stakeholders to ensure reliability, scalability and performance in regulated environments; focus on enterprise data platforms, AI/GenAI technologies, cloud monitoring, security and compliance; hands-on experience with Logstash, IAM, FedRAMP, Tableau Cloud, ArcGIS, and scripting in Python/Bash; experience with Terraform or containerized microservices is expected; strong leadership and communication across engineering, infrastructure, data and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure and Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure, applications and platform services
- Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS architectures
- Experience with Generative AI and enterprise AI platforms, including Gemini and Vertex AI
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics environments and data pipelines
- Experience with Blob Storage, Data Lakes and structured storage solutions
- Familiarity with data mesh architectures, ETL/ELT frameworks, API integrations and enterprise data standards
- Expertise with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring and enterprise logging frameworks
- Experience with Logstash for log ingestion, transformation, monitoring and alerting
- Ability to design and implement alerting solutions using Twilio
- Strong experience supporting production environments and Tier 2/Tier 3 operational support
- Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs and integration patterns
- Experience building and managing Tableau Cloud environments
- Familiarity with ArcGIS and geospatial data integrations
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), least-privilege security models, network security, audit logging and compliance requirements within regulated environments
- Experience supporting FedRAMP or similarly regulated cloud environments
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash
- Experience with serverless technologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, AKS and microservices architectures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make sound architectural decisions under pressure
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for platform stability, reliability and delivery outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience across engineering, infrastructure, data and business teams
