Job Summary
Manage application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including setting up environments, deploying, and maintaining applications. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues while working closely with end users to address support needs. Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices. This role requires 6+ years of IT Support experience and offers a fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management
- Cloud and infrastructure expertise, including AWS and/or Azure
- SSL Certificate Management
- Firewall Maintenance
- Disaster Recovery
- Security and incident management experience, including Operational and Security Event Monitoring
- Incident Response
- OS Patching
- Security Software Updates
- Application and database support knowledge, including Operations Support
- Database administration
- .NET C# Development
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
