Job Summary
Support Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystems including Office Suite, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Assist with site administration, permissions, user requests, and onboarding across 150 meeting spaces. Maintain GitHub, DevOps, and CoPilot Agent infrastructure while monitoring service health and troubleshooting user issues. Balance competing priorities to meet established service levels and project deadlines. Work with cybersecurity teams to support compliance and secure collaboration practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in your 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and digital workplace solutions
- Ability to produce readable, current, and accurate documentation and reports
- All candidates applying to Canadian Natural must have legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
- Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday)
- Term length: 4 months
- Term start: May 2027
- Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, PowerShell, or related technologies would be an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL principles would be an asset
