Job Summary
Design and implement secure, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure and services for enterprise analytics and mission-critical systems across AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle environments. Translate business requirements into cloud-native architecture solutions while guiding DevOps automation and ensuring interoperability. Support cross-functional teams through execution of cloud initiatives, including on-premises to cloud migration strategies and data network emulation. Analyze operational activities to obtain a quantitative basis for decision-making and resource allocation. Provide integral support in mission requirements determination, design, development, testing, and verification of system applications. Ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational policies, cost controls, and technical roadmaps while maintaining FedRAMP compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and minimum 1 year experience for junior-level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification plus 3 years' experience for mid-level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification plus 6 years' experience for senior-level
- Master's degree or equivalent certification plus 10 years for SME-level
- Active Security Clearance Required: Secret
- Demonstrate ability to support enterprise-scale system integrations and automation projects
- Experience establishing and/or managing environments across multiple enclaves and security domains
- Familiarity with cloud governance tools (e.g., Xacta, eMASS) and experience supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) processes
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and cloud migration strategies
- Understanding of C4I systems
- Knowledge of Windows operating environments
- Experience with integration of Software with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Architecture, IBM WebSphere, and Red Hat OpenShift
- DoD 8570 compliant certification: CompTia Sec+
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting United States Air Force cloud programs (AWS Govcloud)
