Job Summary

Lead a go-to-market collaboration with tier 1 cloud partners to develop joint roadmaps, drive delivery, and create content and processes enabling differentiated Canonical offerings. Develop partner- and customer-facing materials such as reference architectures, joint blueprints, webinars, presentations, videos, and white papers. Drive Ubuntu adoption within targeted alliance accounts and enable partner development, delivery, support and commercial teams. Influence Cloud customers to build with Canonical technology, with up to 25% travel internationally for conferences and partnership activities. This role requires a strong data-driven mindset, ability to navigate complex technical challenges, and effective communication with stakeholders from individual contributors to the C-suite. It emphasizes a remote-first, globally distributed work environment and may include collaboration across product, engineering, alliance, and marketing teams to align on open-source strategies and go-to-market plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology and/or engineering
  • Experience in software development
  • Experience in system architecture
  • Customer-facing experience in software engineering, product management, business development, technology strategy or similar
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
  • Disciplined and self-motivated for a remote-first workplace environment
