Job Summary
Own Rubiscape's tier status and co-sell eligibility across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform by managing PDM relationships and submission queues. Drive marketplace listing optimisation for pricing, private offers, and transactable SKUs while building joint GTM plans with hyperscaler teams to orchestrate co-funding proposals and field-sales plays. Facilitate technical integration roadmaps with services like Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse, and BigQuery, then track pipeline metrics and present findings at monthly alliance reviews. Represent the company at partner summits such as re:Invent and Google Cloud Next to manage speaking slots and sponsorship ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in cloud alliance management, cloud sales, or hyperscaler partnership roles with direct exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP partner programmes
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace listings and private offers on at least one of AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, or GCP Marketplace
- Solid grasp of cloud co-sell mechanics — ACE pipeline submissions, co-sell eligible status, MACC consumption alignment, and cloud-funded programmes
- Proven track record of growing hyperscaler-sourced or marketplace-transacted revenue in an enterprise SaaS or data platform context
- Strong technical fluency: able to articulate how Rubiscape's data pipeline (RubiFlow) and AutoML (RubiStudio) capabilities complement and extend hyperscaler-native services
Desired Qualifications
- Active AWS, Azure, or GCP professional-level certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or equivalent)
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake alliance programmes in addition to hyperscaler relationships
- Familiarity with air-gap and sovereign cloud deployment requirements relevant to Indian government and defence customers
- Network of AWS/Azure/GCP PDMs and alliance field teams covering India and APAC
