Cloud Administrator

Cloud Administrator role focused on day-to-day cloud platform administration, service operations, case/request management, and operational documentation. Interfaces with Cloud Operations, Engineering, Sales Operations, and Support to ensure cloud services are delivered and maintained per defined processes and OLAs. Responsibilities include handling cloud-related cases via ticketing systems without inbound phone support, performing technical fixes, routing/escalating cases, maintaining runbooks and documentation, producing operational reports, validating requests, and ensuring operational readiness before customer activities. Nice-to-have skills include basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and ITIL-aligned practices. The position emphasizes hands-on IT operations, ServiceNow or similar ITSM usage, accurate data handling in Excel, and clear written communication. Remote work is offered, with a salary range provided in EUR and background checks may be required.
