Job Summary
Configure, monitor, and maintain Goldbelt's cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, SaaS) to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. Monitor access, usage, and resources to ensure infrastructure security and compliance with frameworks such as CMMC Level 2, FedRAMP, and HIPAA. Perform system backups and recovery to maintain data integrity and availability, while providing technical support for cloud applications and training end users. Collaborate with IT security teams to respond to technical issues efficiently. Support core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm in the AK time zone with up to 25% travel, requiring onsite presence for Juneau, AK candidates.

- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment
- Proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology, or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of five years in Information Technology
- Proven experience in cloud administration, with expertise Azure and other SaaS applications
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to support core hours of 8am to 5pm AK time (Alaskan Time)
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
- Certified in AZ-500, MS-500, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-400 or equivalent certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in support of Azure Cloud
- Certified as an Azure Administrator Associate, MS-102 Administrator Expert, or equivalent certifications
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISM, or equivalent certifications
- Experience and adherence to compliance frameworks: (CMMC Level 2, GovHigh, 32CFR, CUI, FedRAMP, NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2) and internal security best practices
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Local candidates and Shareholders of Goldbelt are strongly preferred
- Experience working with 8(a) companies
- Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs)
- Previous government contracting experience
