Job Summary
Cloud Administrator responsible for managing Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments, handling VMs, storage, networking, backups, security configurations, deployments, migrations, fault troubleshooting, Windows Server and AD, DNS/DHCP, VPN, FortiGate/FortiSwitch administration, cloud security best practices, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of cloud administration and infrastructure experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud
- Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services
- Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching
- Experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitches
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
