Job Summary
Cloud Billing & Financial Operations Analyst tasked with managing cloud billing, invoicing, cost governance, and monthly financial reviews. Serves as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and Finance to ensure accurate billing, cost transparency, and effective governance across cloud services. Responsibilities include maintaining billing processes, auditing invoices, producing internal and customer-facing invoices, supporting month-end close and forecasting, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and driving automation in billing workflows. Requires experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft, or Google) and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; hybrid remote work option available for Brentwood, CA area.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cloud billing, financial operations, invoicing, or IT financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
