Job Summary
SCHEELS seeks a Clothing Sales Associate with a passion for sports, fitness, fashion, or the outdoors. Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving personal sales, promoting the Scheels Visa Rewards card, engaging customers in purchasing decisions, and maintaining a professional appearance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and adaptability to a changing environment are necessary.
